| 1 | Site Map shouldn't be one of the main menu points. Footer would be more appriopriate |
| Critical Problem on IPARW_Mock_Revised.jpg | |
| 1 | Navigation is kind of chaotic. You have both: horizontal and vertical navigation. You should concentrate on the main, horizontal navigation, and maybe think about second level. Or is the vertical navigation the second level and is changing according to the changes in the horizontal nav? |
| New Idea | |
Social networksI'm missing all kind of social bookmarking/ social recommendation stuff, which is quite important especially for NGO's
| New Idea on IPARW_Mock_Revised.jpg | |
| 1 | I would put it all together into a point like "about us |
| 2 | Support us: you mean financial support? I'd make it much more prominent, for example put a teaser on the home page, where the visitor can directly support |
Work on information architecture, Emphasize conversions - "support us", Think about adding some social media
good luck!

| 1 | Just my opinion, but the illustrated hands are a little "spooky". They could be better. I get the idea your are going for, but it is poorly executed. |
| 2 | The horizontal navigation and vertical navigation create some confusion. Be very clear on what items should be included where. |
| 3 | Should include Facebook, Twitter, etc, social networking icons, links on home page. |
| Critical Problem on IPARW_Mock_Revised.jpg | |
| 1 | Your tag line should be much larger. Within 5 seconds people should know exactly what the page is about. Don't make them squint to see what you are about. |
| Positive Feature on IPARW_Mock_Revised.jpg | |
| 1 | I like this navigation bar. Very simple to navigate. |
| Minor Problem | |
How does the background landscape fit in?The landscape is pretty, but I'm not sure how fits in with the cause. Is it because IPARW only helps rural areas? If so, you need to make this clear. If not, perhaps consider using a different image that better conveys the topic of the site.

What's the Call to Action?Ultimately, what do you want users to do when visiting this website. It's not very clear. There are few possible action points such as "empowering a special person" and "work for us", but none of them stand out or are very compelling to click on.
There is plenty to like about this design: -The layout is clutter free -The navigation is good. However, I agree with Agnieszka Walorska & Max Barker that mixing vertical and horizontal navigation isn't a good idea. -The site instantly explains what it is about. However, as Agnieszka Walorska the tag line could be bigger. -The thumbnails at the bottom get the reader interested in key pages.
There are just a few suggestions which I have posted as notes.
| Minor Problem on IPARW_Mock_Revised.jpg | |
| 1 | This needs a headline to frame the intent of the site |
| 2 | too much content... Reduce by 50% |
| Positive Feature on IPARW_Mock_Revised.jpg | |
| 1 | this header is attractive - but does not establish that this is a charity at a glance |
Hi,
Graphically, this website is attractive. You have a few issues that you need to address:
Good luck going forward.
