I like the top part a lot. Is it possible to make text direction the same as pinned notes, feels a little weird. Right sidebar is too bust, chaos, I would organize it more. Looks good, just minor fixes

Hello Cip, Thx for your feedback :) I'm happy that You noticed different approach to the company site. That was my intension :)
As for now, site is beeing developed, i also noticed that had to much information below fold - i've changed draft and final version should be more clear. English version will be launched same as polish one. I hope we start running 12.06.2011:)
