Minor Problem on layout-blog.png 1 evenly right align the 2 green buttons and the search bar. 2 put these in the footer area 3 get rid of this bottom row and it will shift the page up once the contact info is moved into the footer area. 4 wasted space 5 alignment issues, push the buttons with the arrows outward to align with the content above 6 this is just kind of floating in the header area by itself and looks lost. Summary:
Hello Vitor - It appears that the page is serving its intended purpose. I understand that this is a corporate blog for internal use, but it just seems really 'flat' and a little boring to me. If you are allowed to add pictures or photos to the page I would suggest doing that.

Minor Problem on layout-blog.png 1 Is the dark blue a rollover state? If it is then overall the site will look very 'grey' and flat. Think the design needs at least one more colour to aid flexibility when the design evolves 2 Lot of space here being wasted. As its something that the users will come to regluarly I'd reduce the requirement for scrolling as much as possible. New Idea on layout-blog.png 1 Can links actually have an underline? As the page is really text heavy this might help pull out these elements to the user 2 Not sure how many pages people are going to be flicking through - but if its a lot it might be worth having first/last buttons and even a 'sort by' 3 Can a graphic be associated with a post? Just for scan reading it can be quicker to understand a post if a good picture is associated with. 4 Look into CSS radius corners for this area. It won't look quite as nice in IE but it'll make maintenance a whole lot better. Minor Problem on layout-blog.png 1 Not sure if I like the idea of the "continue reading" link being a button. The overall feel makes me think of water or an ocean. I'm not sure what the company is but I would add the additional green color or possibly another color throughout to create a difference in the information.Summary:
On the whole the layout is great. It is really very easy to find what you are looking for but the color scheme is a bit dull. Try to include more colors and if possible some images.
