Is there nothing to do with a jacket on here?
I'm assuming it will be like a record jacket, so you could always try and do a square design like it was a record jacket, with the text done in a circle .. or maybe even with half the record sticking out (kind of a throwback retro look)

The logo looks ok, But doesn't have any impact. Try combining "Silver Jacket" with "Audio" try also considering "speakers" and "sound wave" as options for audio element for the logo. I don't know if you know if your familiar with LogoPond but it's a great site to get inspiration. I also notice you really like "bebas" :) hope it helps!
Positive Feature I love grays and silvers when it comes time to consider color. New Idea Maybe incorporate a jacket into the A to play up the silverjacket brand. Summary:
Great start, what Alex has to say works, play up the brand silver jacket and not so much the audio.
