- The font treatment doesn't work at all
- would like to see how the button colors will come o life
- the footer is crowded
Overall - the template is too stylized.

4 add more line height here, and dont make the text black. Serious Problem on TwEl.jpg 1 the font is pretty ugly in the smallcaps form, pick something with more space and that is less bulky 2 font kerning too close together, the font is overused as well, go find something nice at dafont.com or something^^ 3 This font is pretty bad too, doesnt fit with the rest of the site. 4 black bar? ok? try putting slider buttons here and make the triangle not as big, its a waste of space right now. Critical Problem on TwEl.jpg 1 Really hard to read 2 WHIIITE SPACE 3 needs padding, new font, and is WAAAY to dark, dont do black, do a medium grey. 4 This contact thing is really bad, Just leave it out or make it simpler. I also dont know what some of those icons mean. New Idea on TwEl.jpg 1 put the icons at the bottom, they really off balance the header Summary:
Stong theme overall, but its TOO contrasty and the font choice is pretty bad.

Serious Problem on TwEl.jpg 1 it is not necesary to use here the red... you can continue with previously used blue color... The font is bad Those squares looks bad too... Hey there, the template needs a lot of work... There are some elements that look good but the rest is bad... Maybe try starting over just using the wireframe you have right now... And be sure to use some other font, this one is bad

2 Nav is pretty bad and as far as I am aware not a web safe font, still if it was I would use something better, eg TrebuchetMS 3 Slight issue with correct padding here 4 Keep these aligned 5 padding 6 the above is bigger 7 no hyphenations in web text looks sloppy 8 shadow too severe Serious Problem on TwEl.jpg 1 this is gmail right? Overall it's ok, but ok is as far as it gets... I would suggest that you re-think typography and logo, and get a logo, and color scheme...

Summary:
You dont usually see any black and white templates anymore but this is a really good design. I love how all the little boxes fit into the design and overall it is a very clean design.
