Alrighty, overall it's a nice clean design with nice colors makes me mellow just looking at it, there's always a few things here and there that other people will point out, but overall it's a sweet design!

Business Life Coaching is a critical business service - most specifically as a result of this recession. Your key question was around whether this website was gender neutral. Unfortunately, it is not.
Some of the keys to mitigate:
Landing Page: - Create a strong navigation schema at the top of the page - Create a strong banner with a hero image (which should represent the target audience). This is where you mitigate gender issues. - The content modules below the banner were too busy. Make certain they are simple list modules - that is easy to scan.
Interior Pages:
- Too much copy (rewrite - make brief with bullets)
- be careful about using illustrations (example: ad on top right) I would encourage you using strong type treatments and/or photos. This will ensure that the site looks gender neutral.
Summary: The green background is challenging for keeping the site gender neutral. I encourage you to do some additional studies to explore how this layout will look on more simple, less colorful backgrounds.

I love love love your subtle gradients. The only thing I would recommend is while the body of the concept is strong, your footer is a little weak. Do some more research in footer layouts (you can Google "beautiful footers" for some ideas).

Gender neutral? I find it too much feminine and gentle... this is how I would image site for feminine s hygiene products (NO OFFENSE!)
